Warranty Details by Component

1. UPVC Extrusion

• 20 years for laminated profiles
• 10 years for non-laminated profiles
  Paragon Windows LLC warrants that the rigid extrusions shall not chip, crack, blister, or peel under normal atmospheric conditions for a period of ten years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover potential fading of PVC extrusions.

2. Glass

• 20 years
  Paragon Windows LLC warrants the insulating glass to be free from material obstruction that restricts vision due to film formation, moisture, or dust collection between the interior glass surfaces for a period of ten years from the date of purchase.

3. Window Operating Parts

• 10 years
  Paragon Windows LLC warrants parts such as rollers, handles, locks, balances, and latches to be free of defects for a period of ten years from the date of purchase.

Condensation

Condensation (or sweating) on either the glass or frame section of window units occurs due to the difference in temperature between the exterior and interior sections of the unit, along with the level of humidity in the building. Due to the variability in temperature and humidity conditions from building to building, Paragon Windows LLC cannot provide a warranty regarding condensation.

Other Conditions

Any additional conditions will be reviewed by Paragon Windows LLC, and a claims representative will conduct an investigation of the claim.

• Claim Submission: All claims must be submitted in writing within 60 days of discovering the defect.
• Submission Address: Claims should be mailed to the original place of purchase, or if no longer in operation, to Paragon Windows LLC or its appointed representative, who will be allowed to perform a reasonable inspection of the claim.
• Out-of-Warranty Claims: Any claims made after the warranty period, or those resulting from breakage outside the guidelines of the warranty, will be honored upon payment by the purchaser for current material costs and shipping charges.
• Product Changes: Paragon Windows LLC reserves the right to change or delete products or component parts.
